Shipping costs (including VAT)
DOMESTIC DELIVERIES (GERMANY):
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
Goods value up to €58.99 = €4.95
For orders over €59.00, we deliver to your home free of charge.
NOTE: During certain periods, e.g., before Christmas or at other times of the year, there may be an increased volume of orders and therefore delays in preparing your order. However, we always endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3–5 days and to other countries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
RETURNS & INCORRECT DELIVERIES
If a delivery could not be made and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will bear the costs for this return.
If the customer wishes to repeat the shipment, they will be asked to bear the costs for the second shipment.
If the package or its contents are damaged or destroyed, we will file a complaint with the relevant transport company on your behalf. In the event of a refund, only the value of the products will be refunded. The processing time for complaints at DPD/UPS is usually around 10 days. If DPD/UPS recognizes the damage and refunds the value of the loss, the seller will immediately transfer the corresponding amount back to the customer, thereby closing the order. If the customer still wishes to receive the damaged or refunded goods, they must place a new order.
If the customer wishes to return the goods for a reason unrelated to the quality or performance of the service, the customer shall bear the costs of this return.
